I am a user experience researcher with over a decade of experience bridging the gap between user needs and product innovation. My diverse background as a system analyst and product owner, combined with a Ph.D. in Human-Centered Computing, provides me with a unique lens to approach complex problems. I thrive on conducting rigorous research, championing the user's voice, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intuitive and effective systems.
